MCN team – is a solid team of highly skilled professionals in the field of addiction and psychiatry. We are constantly improving their professional skills by participating in training programs and regional conferences.

Dr. Elchibai has been practicing psychiatry for more than 19 years. 14 of them devoted to medical practice in the Medical Center of Dr. Nazaraliev.

His life motto: Never feel down! Always be an optimist!

If I wasn't a medic, he could become a diplomat. Has the ability to smooth out conflicts and find compromises. There is nothing worse for him than no desire to be cured by the patient. His motto in life: "Never lose heart! Always be an optimist!"

From 1994 to 1998 worked as a visiting psychiatrist narcologist at the ambulance station. Since February 1998 till present days works as a psychiatrist narcologist at the Medical Center of Dr. Nazaraliev.

Psychiatrist-narcologist

Over 13 years of work at Dr. Nazaraliev Medical Center, where she came after graduation, had to deal with a variety of patients. Today, Yulia says that she truly loves her work, and there is no way she would ever give it up.

To her treatment patients come from different countries, sometimes with whole families. Former patient brings his brother, he brings his nephew, nephew then brings his friend and so on up the chain. Yulia keeps in touch with almost all of her patients as she truly believes that illness like that can happen to anyone and this doesn't mean that the person is bad or unworthy.

In 2000 she graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy with major "Pediatrics"
From 2000 to 2002, studied at Kyrgyz State Medical Institute of Retraining And advanced Training on "Psychiatry and Narcology"
Since 2000 till now works at Dr. Nazaraliev Medical Center as doctor psychiatrist-narcologist.

- 2002, Almaty State Institute of Doctors Improvement (Kazakhstan) - specialization "Psychiatry";
- 2005, Novosibirsk State Medical Academy (Russia) - Selected questions of psychiatry and narcology;
- 2005, Kyrgyz State Medical Institute of Retraining and Advanced Training (Kyrgyzstan) - specialization in "Psychotherapy";
- 2008 Almaty State Institute of Doctors Improvement (Kazakhstan) professional development of specialty in Pediatrics;
- 2013 Kyrgyz State Medical Institute of Retraining and Advanced Training (Kyrgyzstan) qualification under the program "Questions of psychiatry and narcology rehabilitation".

He always wanted to help people. His wish is realized in every day medical practice.

Marat has been in MCN for more than 12 years. His idea of effective work with patients is to get a full trust between doctor and a patient, only than the success is guaranteed!

In 1993 he graduated from the national Basic Medical College with a nursing degree, with honors. In 2000 graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy (KSMA) by specialty "Medical business". In 2002 he completed residency training by specialty “Psychiatry and narcology”.
Since 1997 Marat works in MCN. From 1997 to 2001 as medical brother. From 2001 to 2002, appointed as the doctor on duty. From 2002 works as a psychiatrist-narcologist.

DURING THE WORK HE TWICE RAISED THE QUALIFICATION:

- In 2005, updated his knowledge and skills in the Novosibirsk State Medical Academy on the program "Selected issues of psychiatry and narcology".
- In 2013, he passed courses of qualification raise at KSMA on the program "Psychiatry and narcology rehabilitation".

He often quotes Walter. "Work saves us from three great evils: boredom, vice and need." Work for Azamat is a good habit. At the beginning of his career he couldn’t think of becoming a psychiatrist- narcologist. For the past 12 years he has been enjoying his practice at MCN. Last 4 years, Azamat is practicing Mindcrafting- the unique system for body and soul perfection.

He doesn’t follow to special rules, the only main postulate is: "Do no harm!". Being a sober realist he always tries to see good qualities of patients character.

- In 2009 made a qualification improvement at the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy "Rehabilitation and psychotherapy in narcology";
- In 2013 passed the training courses on "Rehabilitation of psychiatry and narcology" at the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy.
