The Nazaraliev Medical Center
Nazaraliev Medical Center (NMC) is the first and largest private addiction treatment clinic in the Eurasian territory. The clinic was officially registered in 1991 in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. It has been awarded academic organization status as it conducts scientific research and work on a daily basis.
The clinic is located at the mountain foothills in the village of Besh-Kungey, 10 km from Bishkek. There are two departments: the Department of Neurology (Eurasian Center for Mental Health) and the Department of Narcology. NMC also has a yurt camp on the picturesque southern shore of mountain lake Issyk-Kul, used as a base for the psychological rehabilitation of patients.
The clinic uses its own original and unique treatment methods. The scientific research is protected by 10 patents. Over 35 years of practice, more than 20,000 patients have been treated successfully at NMC. A yearly remission rate of 83% is observed for drug-addicted patients and 92% for patients treated for alcoholism.
Besh-Kungey Rehabilitation Center
The MCN rehabilitation clinic is located in the village of Besh-Kungey, in the ecological zone near Bishkek. Mountain landscapes, a stone garden and a mountain river with glacial water create favorable conditions for patients at the Center.
The healing mid-mountain climate, measured physical activities, physiotherapy procedures, individual and group psycho-trainings promote rapid recovery and prepare patients for the final stages of treatment.
The clinic has everything for maximum health restoration: hiking routes, trips to hot springs, excursions to Lake Issyk-Kul. The grounds include a swimming pool, tennis court, bath complex and cycling paths.
