First, one of the fathers of the modern psychiatry, Austrian physician Kraepelin, in the early 20th century, said: "... To treat a patient with a mental disorder, he must be wrested from the familiar, provoking environment."

Hence, the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction should be implemented far from an ordinary environment of the patient, away from home. An ordinary atmosphere prevents the patient from concentrate directly on treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction for quality results. He will always be bothered by something.

In the end, the patient may just escape from the clinic! You may use any of the state of art methods of treatment, but in these circumstances, the relapse in a short time is provided.

Second, our clinic is located in Kyrgyzstan, the country of high mountains and clear rivers. One of the medical bases located on the shore of a mountain lake Issyk Kul. Here everything is different: the way of life, culture, and nature. And yet, locals speak Russian, and the general post-Soviet mentality is preserved. Russian feels comfortable here. You can certainly go through drug treatment or alcohol treatment in Europe or in Israel, but there is another mentality, incomprehensible language. Drug and Alcohol Treatment is focused on the other mentality thus the Russian patient feels lost.

Third, we have followed the author's method of treatment for 20 years. More than 16 thousand patients have successfully completed drug addiction and alcoholism treatment. The patient is hospitalized with a person close to him: father, mother, wife. The effectiveness of treatment is one of the best and most illustrative in the world and we are continuously improving.
